This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of setting up and managing office operations from the ground up. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the administrative and operational backbone of our company, facilitating rapid growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find and set up our office.
- Help prospect new candidates.
- Setup payroll, HR, etc.
- Help formalize 12 month plans.
Skills required:
- Must be local to the Bay Area.
- Must have very good communication skills.
- Must be proficient in G Suite or Office, Excel, etc.
- Must have a car.
